1. Team Directory

The People module is your searchable directory of all employees, volunteers, and contractors.
  • Rich Profiles: Track skills, certifications, and project history for every team member.
  • Time-Off Planning: View team-wide leave calendars to coordinate project activity.

Visualize your organization’s reporting structure using three powerful views:
  • Tree View: The traditional hierarchical structure.
  • Matrix View: Visualizes cross-functional reporting and project groups.
  • List View: A flat, searchable list for large organizations.

3. Vacancy & Requisition

Identify and fill gaps in your team directly from the Org-Chart.
  • Slot Management: Create new positions or mark existing ones as vacant.
  • Requisition Workflow: Initiate a staff requisition to trigger the approval process for a new hire.
