The Impact Portal is a public-facing (or password-protected) webpage that displays your project progress and M&E metrics in real-time.- Configuration: Set your themes, brand colors, and domain name in Portal Settings.
- Widget Management: Choose which widgets (KPIs, Maps, Charts) to display on the public dashboard.
- Privacy Controls: Control which projects are visible to the public and which require stakeholder login.
2. Stakeholder Management
Keep your donors and partners engaged with personalized access to their funded projects.- Stakeholder Directory: Manage contact profiles and their relationships to specific grants.
- Dedicated Access: Provide stakeholders with a unique login to view detailed progress reports and financial summaries for “their” projects.
3. Presentations & Exports
- Auto-Generated Presentations: Use the Portal Presentation tool to generate PowerPoint or PDF slide decks directly from your live project data.
- Brand Consistency: Presentations automatically use your organization’s brand assets and color palette.
