Overview & Navigation

Overview is your central cockpit for managing grant activities, tracking performance, and navigating the GrantMaster platform.

Your Personal Overview

Upon logging in, you are presented with a customizable overview containing widgets relevant to your role.

Key Widgets

  • Active Timer: Shows your currently running time entry for journal tasks.
  • Workflow Summary: A quick count of pending approvals and outstanding tasks.
  • Grant Pipeline: A visual summary of your current funding opportunities.
  • Recent Activity: A feed of events relevant to your projects and team.
The sidebar is organized into collapsible domain-based groups:
  • Dashboard: Overview with role-based widgets
  • Workflow: Notifications, tasks, milestones, and calendar
  • Grants: Discovery, Applications, Tracker, Management, and Grantors
  • Operations: Journaling, Expenses, Timesheets, Projects, and Procurement
  • Compliance: Documents, Policies, Vault, Audit, Reporting, and Risk Management
  • Impact: Mission, Impact Control, Portal, and Stakeholders
  • People: Personnel, Contractors, Volunteers, and CRM

Command Palette (Cmd + K)

Access any module, search for documents, or trigger AI actions instantly using the global command palette.

Org Switcher

Click on your organization name at the top of the sidebar to switch between different tenants if you belong to multiple organizations.
