Feature Guide: Referral Program
Overview
The Referral Program lets you earn Mission Credits by inviting other organizations to join GrantMaster. When a referred organization subscribes to Growth Tier or higher, you receive credits that can be redeemed for invoice discounts or gift cards.
Where: Navigate to Referral in the main sidebar, or use Cmd+K > “Referral Dashboard”
How It Works
| Step | What Happens |

| 1. Share | Copy your referral link and share it via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or QR code |
| 2. They Sign Up | The new organization creates a GrantMaster account using your link |
| 3. They Subscribe | Once they activate a Growth, Professional, or Ultimate subscription |
| 4. You Earn | You receive €100 Mission Credits automatically |
| 5. They Save | The referred organization gets a 20% discount for their first year |
Referral Dashboard Tabs
Overview
Your credit balance, referral statistics, and impact metrics at a glance. Shows total credits earned, pending referrals, and conversion rate.
Refer Peers
Sharing tools for distributing your referral link:
- Copy Link — One-click copy to clipboard
- Email — Pre-formatted invitation email
- QR Code — Scannable code for in-person events
- WhatsApp — Direct share via WhatsApp
- LinkedIn — Share on your LinkedIn profile
Redeem Credits
Convert your earned credits into rewards:

Achievements
Track your referral milestones and earn badges as you refer more organizations. Badges are displayed on your profile.

Complete transaction history showing all credit earnings, redemptions, and pending referrals with timestamps.
Credit Details
Mission Credits vs Agent Credits
These are separate systems — do not confuse them:

Earning Rules
- €100 per qualifying referral (Growth Tier or higher)
- Credits are awarded when the referred organization’s first subscription payment is confirmed
- Referrals to Free Tier or Starter Tier do not earn credits
Redemption Rules
- Minimum redemption: €50
- Organization discounts are applied to the next invoice automatically
- Gift card delivery: within 5 business days via email
Tips
- Share your referral link at conferences, in grant-writing networks, and with partner organizations
- The referred organization sees your name as the referrer — they know who to thank
- Track pending referrals in the Activity tab to follow up with organizations that haven’t subscribed yet
- Credits do not expire
