Subscriptions & Marketplace

As an administrator, you can manage your organization’s GrantMaster account and extend its capabilities via the Marketplace.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

Manage your organization’s relationship with the GrantMaster platform.
  • Plan Management: View your current tier (e.g., Starter, Pro, Enterprise) and upgrade/downgrade options.
  • Seat Management: Add or remove user seats based on your plan limits.
  • Billing History: Access past invoices and manage your payment methods (Stripe integration).

2. Extension Marketplace

GrantMaster’s functionality can be extended with specialized modules from the Marketplace.
  • Finding Extensions: Browse the catalog for tools relevant to your sector (e.g., M&E, Donor Wallets, AI Grant Writers).
  • Installation: One-click installation adds new items to your sidebar and provides new AI capabilities.
  • Configuration: Each extension may have its own settings panel accessible via Configuration > Extensions.

3. Tenant Management

For organizations managing multiple sub-entities or regional offices.
  • Organization Hierarchy: Manage the relationship between different tenants.
  • Global Settings: Configure platform-wide rules that apply across all your organization’s tenants.
